Its founder, Mr. Retesh Singh, holds an LL.B Law Degree from the University of KwaZulu-Natal (Howard College Campus) and completed his Professional Legal Training through the School for Legal Practice with Legal Education and Development (LEAD).
After being admitted as an attorney, it was decided that service should be provided to the community at large and on a more personal level—providing assistance to the indigent, voiceless, and oppressed.

We are efficient in LABOUR RELATED MATTERS and attend Conciliations and Arbitrations at the Commission for Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration (CCMA) as well as various Bargaining Councils throughout KwaZulu-Natal.
